For his outstanding research, Gergő Medve-Bálint was awarded the Bolyai Plaque, which he received on 19 September 2023 from Tamás Freund, President of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and Tivadar Tulassay, Chairman of the Board of the Bolyai Scholarship.
